This spring, the Vitality HealthyFood Studio invites you to embrace the season's spirit of renewal at The Spring Table: Above the skyline. Set against the iconic Sandton skyline, this one-afternoon-only experience brings together vibrant seasonal flavours and the simple joy of gathering.
A feast of four seasonal platters awaits, from the ocean-inspired Breezy Fish and Citrus Meze with teriyaki-glazed tuna, kabeljou kebabs and smoked salmon trout dip, to the vibrant Mediterranean Chicken Meze layered with souvlaki, shish taouk and classic accompaniments.
The Nature's Green and Earthy Vegetarian Meze celebrates garden-fresh produce with falafel, halloumi and butternut, while the Robust and Gratifying Meat Meze delivers bold, satisfying flavours through Moroccan ostrich, matured rump and rosemary lamb.
Ticket prices are per person. A glass of complimentary wine is included, with additional drinks available for purchase. This is a live, interactive cooking class.
