The evening begins with a welcome Hill Country Sour before guests embark on a guided tasting journey featuring Still Austin Rye, Cask Strength Bourbon, Cask Strength Rye, and Gin. Each spirit has been thoughtfully paired with a chef-curated course, including Grilled Quail, Bourbon Vanilla Lobster Bisque, Texas Wagyu Striploin, and a Summer Berry Tarte Fine.
