The Sea Terrace cabins on Virgin Voyages ships have many amenities, including:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
- Making reservations for this package signifies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
- All of your payments to Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events, LLC, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport (Passports are NOT REQUIRED).
- While U.S. Sailors can cruise without a passport on closed-loop cruises, we highly recommend bringing a valid passport.Closed-loop cruises are round-trip cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port and visit select countries that do not require showing your passport while disembarking from a cruise ship. If you do not have a passport, please be prepared to present other forms of government ID or to apply for a passport as soon as possible if your current passport is not valid.
- If you are traveling with a passport, it must be valid at least until August 18, 2026.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.Once you make your reservations, you can log in to our client portal to view and pay on your account 24 hours a day.
- Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Sarai Events Team. Failure to do so results in a $250 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
- Email addresses entered must be active and correct. We are not responsible for any information missed due to incorrect or inactive email addresses. There is only one email address allowed per individual. This procedure ensures that all parties receive our correspondence as well as important reminders/information. Please note that work or school email addresses are not allowed. Please avoid using a work email address (such as .com, .gov, .edu, etc.), as our correspondence may be blocked due to filters, and we are not responsible for missed information.
- A late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance to reinstate your booking anytime after cancellation.You are responsible for keeping Sarai Events/Sarai Enterprises, LLC informed of email address and phone number changes, as this is our primary way of communication.
- Sarai Events accepts payments by credit card or bank transfer only. No other forms of payment will be accepted (i.e., PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, etc.)
- Roommate abandonment will not result in refunds. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and is making timely payments as required.
- Name changes are allowed up to 90 days before departure. After the deadline, a $50 name change fee will be applied.
- We will not accept any payment plans after September 30, 2025.
- A late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:
- BOOKING NOTES: Please note the advertised cruise cabins will have One (1) king bed or be converted to 2 twin beds. Please note this when booking triple occupancy.
Sarai Events accepts reservations and payments according to two schedules:
- Payment in Full at the time of booking.
- Initial Deposit with Payments over time on Sarai Events Payment Plan. A minimum payment of $150 is due each month on the 15th after the initial deposit.
PAYMENT IN FULL:
You may pay in full at the time of booking. You won't need to make any additional payments. You may later modify your reservations to add a bar tab or other shipboard amenities directly with the cruise ship or through Virgin Voyages Customer App.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1 - Deposit $300.00 (per cabin) upon initial booking.
2 - Payment: 40% of Balance due 120 days prior to Sailing Date (by or on October 10, 2025)
3 - Final Payment Remaining Balance due 90 days prior to the Sailing Date (by or on November 10, 2025)
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN:
- We do not keep credit card information on file. You can log into your account 24 hours a day after your initial reservations.
- An email to create your account profile will be sent within 5 days of your initial deposit.
- A minimum payment of $150 is due each month on the 15th after the initial deposit. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. If a reservation remains unpaid for 30 days, cancellation without notice may occur.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
COVID Safety:
Your safety from COVID is our highest priority! Please do not purchase a package if you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to this trip and events, including, without limitation, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness) or personal injury of any kind (including death), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused, and hereby waive all claims and potential claims against the Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events, affiliates, and venues relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers. Do not attend if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, which include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. However, Sarai Events will not issue any refunds due to this situation. Please seek information about obtaining travel insurance.

- Sarai Events' Staff will be on-site for any guests needing assistance on on the cruise and/or during events.
- All prices posted are per cabin and subject to change.
- Airfare and transportation is NOT included in these packages.
- Cabins typically contain One (1) King or converted to two (2) twin beds. We agree to allow a maximum of two guests per cabin to ensure a comfortable and spacious environment for all. However, in certain circumstances—such as for families or special occasions—we may make exceptions to accommodate up to three guests per cabin. This flexibility aims to enhance the experience while maintaining our commitment to quality.
- Credit card is required for cruise incidental charges.
- Sailor Loot - Each cabin will receive $100 a non-refundable or non-transferable. Loot (onboard credit) to spend onboard during the voyage.

- Early boarding typically begins around 1:30 PM, but you should plan to check in no later than 3 PM.
- This cruise experience is curated for guests aged 30 and older to ensure a more mature and sophisticated atmosphere. While the cruise line allows guests 18 and up, our planned activities and social events are designed with a 30+ audience in mind.
- Match is NOT available for this sailing.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least six (6) months after the date of travel. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you may opt to be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at [email protected].
- ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Please note you should begin looking for flights at least nine (9) months before the event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
- When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise leaves Miami on February 13, 2026 and will return on February 18, 2026. You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from Miami.
- There are two (2) airports that you may fly into to get to Miami. Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately 10 miles and 15 minutes from the port. Fort-Laurderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately 30 miles and 40 minutes from the port.
- When booking your flight to Miami, please plan to arrive no later than 12 PM local time. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. You are required to secure your own transportation to the Port of Miami – Terminal V Port from the airport.
- We strongly suggest to find a flight to get you into Miami one day before the cruise on February 12, 2026 or the early morning of departure.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Sarai Events/Sarai Enterprises, LLC of all email address changes.
- We warmly welcome and encourage adults of ALL orientations-to join us for this event.
- Single occupancy = one person to a room
- Double occupancy = two persons to a room
- Each person in a room will have his or her own bed. Couples will have one large bed.
TRAVEL NOTES:
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own. Click here to see referrals.
