Join us for a unique social experience at one of Sheffield’s leading strength facilities, Structure Sport & Fitness, a gym renowned for strongman, powerlifting, and high-performance strength & conditioning and home to the charity: MBC (Mind Body Connect) that empowers marginalised communities through exercise.

This 3-hour interactive session will give health and fitness professionals the opportunity to learn, move, and connect in a relaxed but highly educational environment. You’ll be coached through three strongman events, with a focus on technique, coaching cues, programming considerations, and S&C principles you can take back into your own practice.

You’ll be coached by world-class athletes and coaches:

• Chris Fitzgerald – England’s Strongest Man
• Laura Hollywood – Europe’s Strongest Woman

This is CPD on the go . think practical, engaging, and designed to expand your coaching or recovery toolbox while giving you firsthand exposure to the growing sport of strongman and the elite-level coaching behind it.

After the session, we’ll head out for lunch nearby, giving you time to network, build friendships, and connect with other like-minded health and fitness professionals.
