Join us for the highly anticipated Sounds of Christmas concert, marking the start of the 2024-2025 season of Great Music under a Byzantine Dome. This beloved tradition brings together the Archdiocesan Cathedral Choir, Youth Choir, and Orchestra in a festive celebration of faith, cultural heritage, and the holiday spirit. Featuring Orthodox Christmas hymns, Greek carols, and seasonal favorites, this magical event will take place at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity under the direction of Maestro Costas Tsourakis. A festive candlelight reception, The Flavors of Christmas, will follow in the Chiotes Family Cathedral Hall.
The annual Christmas Concert at Holy Trinity Cathedral has become a staple in the New York holiday concert scene, continuing a tradition that began with the first Cathedral Christmas Concert under the baton of the late Maestro Dr. Dino Anagnost in 1976.
