Stepping into a sanctuary of sound and breath designed to restore your nervous system and open your body to deep stillness.This isn’t your typical sound bath, each frequency, tone and breath. Q is composed to harmonize your energy field up in your release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect your natural rhythm of abundance and balance.
You’ll be guided through a blend of executive breath, techniques an orchestra set of crystal bowls and meditative frequencies that create a deeply restorative experience for the mind, body and spirit.
No experience needed just come with an open heart, comfortable clothing, maybe a yoga mat and a pillow and a willingness to be open and receive.
