Join Karen and Theresa for a spectacular morning of yin yoga and sound bowl session. During class sound bowls will be played and also placed on various areas of the body when in certain postures.
The sound of the singing bowls encourages sound waves and vibration that help you feel relaxed. This is because its stimulating brain waves through pulsing sound and vibration and acting on the energy field of your body.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, pillow, or any other items to support the body. We do have bolster, block, blankets, and yoga mats to provide otherwise.
