From there, you’ll be immersed in a deeply restorative sound experience featuring the rich resonance of the gong, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Together, cacao and sound create a beautiful invitation to soften, release, and remember the quiet wisdom already within you.

Teresa is the founder of Cloud 9 Retreats and a Reiki Master Teacher and Vibrational Sound Therapist. She has guided hundreds of people through transformative sound experiences, retreats, and trainings, creating spaces where deep rest, healing, and remembrance naturally unfold.
