An artist who has been called “stunningly original” with “a visionary imagination,” composer and pianist Daniel Kelly explores the meeting place of music with literature and visual art. In this special solo performance, Daniel will take the audience on a journey with his captivating piano improvisations, creating fascinating connections between music and image as he performs to video projections of stunning photos by the blind and visually impaired photographers of The Seeing with Photography Collective. He also will be joined by a painter on stage and together they will create spontaneous music and live art, giving the audience a unique opportunity to witness the creative process unfold before their eyes and ears.
