A deeply restorative journey through voice, vibration, mantras, mudras and stillness.
Explore the soothing power of your own voice in a gentle and nurturing space. We begin with simple vocal practices — humming, toning, and vowel sounds — combined with soft movements and mudras (hand gestures). We then learn a song or two and might improvise around it.
You are invited to create your nest…a space to fully rest, and integrate.
Receive the vibrations of sounds of the voice, singing bowls, drum, and flute, guiding you into deeper relaxation.
This session offers a pathway to:
- Open your voice
- Coordinate sound and movement
- Restore balance and focus
- Deep relaxation facilitated by the touch of sounds
No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are.
A place to chant & sing together, receive, rest, be you. Be free to partake to the experience the way that feels nourishing in this moment
