Our bodies and minds have been under pressure in these uncertain times. Our voices are becoming obscured and lost to the presence of an ever-increasing virtual world. What would happen if we let the ""floodgates open""?What would happen if we allowed ourselves to surrender to the sound within?
In the Sound Circle we come together and journey into the world of sound and voice through guided meditations, vocal practices, and group singing/toning.
Join us for an evening of restorative resonance and whether you're a singer or novice, it doesn't matter, you don't need to be a pro to enjoy the vitality of your voice.

Joana Ayala is a certified sound practitioner, who studied at The California Institute of Integral Studies. She creates spaces to explore sound as medicine and the healing power of voice. As a vocalist, she weaves melodic and fluid vocalizations in ceremonial and therapeutic settings that create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and transcendence.
