The Soul Point : Yoga and Art Workshop

Join a gaggle of likeminded souls seeking play through movement and artistic expression.

This is a body positive, all skill-set friendly flow session that infuses restorative Vinyasa Yoga and visual art in a beautiful marriage with the intention of invigorating the desire to release, relax and rediscover ones inner child.

The workshop will open with a 60min Vinyasa Yoga flow lead by AaZsa (ig: @___aazsa___)

The second portion will be a guided artistc meditation centered around sketch work practice and time to draw, learn and play with new tecniques.

Location Notes

If you are having a hard time finding the location, head into the Fairlyland Parking lot entrance and drive/ walk until you reach the real entrance/exit of the Botanical Gardens . We will be directly across from that area. Look for a vintage bandstand and a whimsical green public art sculpture.

What to Bring:

• Your self (lol)
• A yoga mat/ blanket you would like to stretch out on.
• sketchbook/paper of choice
