Workshop Highlights:

  Immerse yourselves in a day free from daily responsibilities, focusing solely on each other. This curated experience allows you to relax and reignite the spark in your relationship, giving you the space to connect deeply and intentionally.

• Intimate Group Setting:
  Engage with a community of like-minded couples in a supportive, intimate environment. Sharing experiences and insights fosters personal growth and a sense of collective understanding, helping to normalize and enhance your unique relational journey.

• Collaborative Painting Experience:
  Create a joint painting that represents your "sacred third"—the shared essence of your relationship. Much like flying on a trapeze, this activity requires trust, surrender, and collaboration as you step into the unknown together. The painting becomes both a metaphorical and physical reminder of your connection, a reflection of your bond, and a net to catch you during times of stress. It will serve as a tangible symbol of the day's intimacy and joy, as well as an enduring guide to ask: What is in the highest good of our Sacred Third?

  Held at Refuge Event Space in the heart of downtown Troy, NY, this beautiful and accessible venue provides the perfect backdrop for meaningful connection. Its intimate yet spacious setting supports a day of deep exploration and playful engagement.

  Savor thoughtfully prepared meals by Chef Matt Schuler, emphasizing local, seasonal ingredients. Each dish is curated to meet individual dietary needs, adding both comfort and vibrancy to your experience.

• Engaging Content:
  Learn about the concept of the "sacred third" as a foundation for sustaining intimacy and resolving conflict. Through personal inquiry, experiential exercises, and collaborative activities, you'll gain tools and insights to elevate your relational dynamic.

  Guided by Joëlle, a seasoned teacher, coach and artist with over 38 years of experience. Joëlle’s empathic, intuitive approach creates a safe, welcoming space where you can explore vulnerability, strengthen your bond, and grow together.
