Unravel the somatics of trauma-awareness in relation to yoga and other movement modalities on this stand-alone course, lead by Ashley MacDonald. Ideal not only for yoga teachers but also movement facilitators, body-workers and registered therapists working with individuals that have experienced various forms of trauma. This is a refreshed syllabus comprehensively integrating our previous level 1 and 2 offerings. If you have previously attended our L1 training, do get in touch for how to advance your knowledge through access to this revised course. This will be an IN-PERSON only course and there will be no more than 14 participants to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
The course will take place in Central Cambridge over 5 days: November 20-24 in Cambridge from 10.30-4.30
