Join us at The Somatic Shift for a guided Somatic Breathwork Journey designed to help you release built-up stress, reconnect with your body, and come back into balance.
This experience is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and let your body begin to process what the mind has been carrying. Through guided somatic breathwork, you’ll be invited to notice the tension, emotions, and outdated beliefs that may no longer be serving you — and create space to release them with compassion.
This isn’t about forcing a breakthrough or trying to “fix” yourself. It’s about honoring where you are, listening inward, and allowing your body to guide you back to a deeper sense of clarity, ease, and connection.
This journey is for you if you’ve been:
- Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally heavy
- Overthinking or having a hard time quieting your mind
- Carrying stress or tension in your body
- Feeling stuck in old patterns or beliefs

What to Expect
You’ll be guided through a supportive breathwork experience that may include grounding, intentional breathing, emotional release, reflection, and integration.
Every experience is different. Some people feel emotional release, physical sensations, clarity, deep relaxation, or a sense of lightness afterward. You’ll be encouraged to move at a pace that honors your body and your own experience.
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Just come as you are.
