• Morning: Grounding & Intention Begin with a nourishing breakfast and the Sisters' Crescent intention-setting circle. Join your headliners, Tamika Raye, as she shares the journey of "Ascension" and practical "Soft Life" integration, followed by Coral Lahiani, who will lead us through guided breathwork to ground the spirit.
• Mid-Day: The Great Release Participate in a guided walking activity with a scenic city skyline veiw, leading to a peaceful, lakefront session of bodywork and stretching. Closing at this location with an outdoor sound bowl meditation.. This is your moment to physically and spiritually let go of the weights you’ve been carrying.
• Afternoon: Nourishment & Restoration Enjoy a farm-to-table lunch paired with fresh-ingredient mocktails and a discussion about "Mindful Nutrition." This block includes an intentional break for solitude or Optional Elevated Self-Care Services by on-hand professionals, including:

• Evening: Soul-Scripting & Sisterhood We conclude with soul-scripting letters to your younger self, communal reflection, floral foot bath and a "Restorative Touch" session—a sister-supported closing to seal our transformation.
