The Soft Pages Journaling Circle

The Soft Pages Circle is a calm, intentional gathering centered on journaling as a grounding practice.

We’ll begin with a short sound bath meditation to help everyone settle in, ground their bodies, and set gentle intentions for the evening. This opening experience is designed to calm the nervous system and create a shared sense of ease before we move into journaling and creativity.

From there, you’ll be invited to create a pressed floral bookmark using dried flowers; tactile and personal that you can take home and use with your journal or favorite book.

The journaling portion will be guided collage-style writing, where words are supported by paper, stationery, textures, and visual elements. You can write freely, layer images, or keep things minimal; there’s no pressure to create anything “perfect.”

Throughout the experience, you’ll also have access to a herbal tea bar, where you can blend and assemble your own tea bag to enjoy during the session. This hands-on pause is meant to support grounding, presence, and comfort.

Everything is designed to feel intentional, calming, and fun; a space where your hands, breath, and thoughts can slow down together.
