About this Event
ABRAR Trauma and Mental Health Services invites youth to The Social Reset event at 8 Mayfair Crescent on September 18th! The Social Reset aims to provide students with community support and information on mental health wellness through free productive and exciting workshops. This immersive experience is spread across five uniquely themed rooms, each offering a workshop with opportunities to connect, reflect, and reset. The Social Reset is more than just a workshop; it’s a space for youth to connect, share, and grow. Whether you want to engage in deep discussions, express your creativity, or unwind, this event offers something for everyone.
