Feeling lonely, disconnected, or unsure how to meet new people is more common than you might think. The Social Circle is a supportive group for adults (ages 20–30) who want more connection, less anxiety, and a safe place to practice being around others.
This group isn’t about rigid skills or forcing extroversion—it’s about showing up as you are and finding connection. Together, we’ll practice starting conversations, listening, and opening up in a low-pressure environment, while exploring the patterns that can make socializing harder, like overthinking, pulling back, or fearing judgment.
By the end of this group, you can expect to:
- Feel more connected and confident in social situations
- Practice starting and keeping conversations going
- Build genuine connections that ease loneliness
- Learn to manage anxious thoughts instead of letting them take over
The goal is for you to leave feeling more comfortable being yourself around others and more confident in your ability to handle social situations.
Who is this group for?
The Social Circle is a good fit if you’re a young adult (between the ages of 20–30) who wants more connection but sometimes feels lonely, awkward, anxious, or “out of place.” You don’t need a diagnosis or prior therapy experience—just a willingness to try.
Who might not be the best fit?
This group is not designed for people experiencing very severe social anxiety, those in active crisis, or anyone uninterested in connecting with others.
The Social Circle is about practicing connection, not perfection. If you’ve been craving a safe, supportive space to meet others and build confidence socially, this group is for you.
