Our very first Sober Sesh is here — and we’re kicking things off with a Christmas celebration that puts live, open trad at the heart of the night.

We’re reimagining the traditional Irish pub session: all the music, all the energy, all the atmosphere… none of the hangover.

And to lead the way, we’re joined by the incredible Dónal O’Connor & Friends.

A multi-instrumentalist, producer, director and co-founder of Belfast TradFest, Dónal O’Connor is one of Ireland’s most respected musical voices.

Son of legendary fiddler Gerry O’Connor and esteemed singer Eithne Ní Uallacháin of Lá Lugh, Dónal has carved out a remarkable career of his own.

A true tradition-bearer and innovator, his presence guarantees a session that’s authentic, electric and full of soul.
