Greetings
The Joneses would like to thank all those who made our gigsat the Irish Centre and the 5:15 Club Stirchley. We have discovered a real gem ofa live music venue in Harborne Birmingham; The Harborne Village Social Club. We will be hosting our next Birmingham event there and will be collaborating with Harborne Slippy, the ultimate in 80s and 90s Indie disco.
We will be recreating the magic of the 80s and 90s and bringingour usual Smiths magic to this amazing venue. The booze is not quite 80sprices, however whilst booze prices are going through the roof all over town, it’s great to find a social club still offering reasonable drinks prices.
If you’re looking for a night of pure enjoyment to raise your spirits, The Joneses will be delivering a rare treat of pure nostalgia from The Smiths music; when Mancunian giants bestrode the scene, Britannia ruled the airwaves and was exported across the globe. There will be five of us; expect some ‘Treats’ throughout the night!!
