The Smile, the new group comprising Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood and Sons Of Kemet’s Tom Skinner, has already sparked the world's interest through multiple intriguing performances - the last one being three consecutive live shows within a twenty-four hour period at Magazine London on the 29 and 30 January.
Led by Yorke’s voice, high and keening, The Smile explores prog-rock influences cleverly spiced up with imaginative time signatures & a hint of left-field electronica reminiscent of Radiohead. The result binds together a spellbinding project, filled with fascinating ideas & a haunting lyrical mood.
The band announced details of their debut European tour for 2022, which includes an open-air Luxembourg date at Neumünster Abbey on Tuesday, June 27th, 2022! Tickets will be on sale on February 4th at 11AM.
