The Smallest Show on Earth,” (aka “Big Time Operators”) directed by Basil Dearden, 1957, 80 minutes.Everybody knows “Cinema Paradiso,” but there are other great films set in old-fashioned movie theaters that show real celluloid film – and this beloved British classic, starring Peter Sellers, is one! It’s perfect to watch in Husets Biograf which is one of the last 2 commercial theaters in Denmark that still shows authentic 16mm and 35mm celluloid film, just like in the movie. This will be the first in a series of such films that celebrate the old-school analog art of movie-going. Sure to be a good time!
