This workshop blends wellness, creativity, and community in a beautifully curated space at Hotel Heron in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. You'll leave with practical tools to support your immune system and elevate your daily routine through the art of small herbal remedies, perfect for those seeking empowerment and community through everyday acts of creation.

You'll be guided by Colleen O'Bryant, Founder and Herbalist of Wild Roots Apothecary, with support from Erringer Helbling, who completed Colleen's herbal apprenticeship last year and was inspired to share this work with her community.
