The Slow Down Series

On the last Wednesday of each month, join us at Hanai for a session that is centered all around slowing down and embracing the present moment. Get ready for a peaceful gathering where you can quiet down the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Let's pause together and enjoy the beauty of simplicity.

Class will be composed of a 5-10 minute intro followed by 20-25 minutes of breathwork, 15-20 minutes of guided meditation, and a few moments at the end to wrap class. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

You may Venmo (Jane-Messersmith) or Zelle ([email protected]) me directly if you want to avoid fees. Each class is $20 with a limited number of donation based tickets for community members who are unable to afford the full amount. You will see this option during check out.
