The SJO's Holiday Lights! A Celebration of the Season
Advertisement
Our favourite December tradition is back!
Join the Saskatoon Jazz Orchestra at the Broadway Theatre for Holiday Lights, an evening of holiday classics, festive seasonal favourites and fresh arrangements written for big band. Some of it will sound like the radio you grew up with, and some of it will sound like nothing you have heard those tunes do before.
This year we are joined by two outstanding vocalists from Saskatchewan’s music community. Danny Fong spent ten years as a world-touring member of the acclaimed jazz vocal group Accent before coming home to Saskatoon, and Kate Nachilobe returns to the SJO stage to sing with us again this December.
Whether you are continuing a holiday tradition or hearing the SJO for the first time, bring the whole family. One night only.
