Join the SIUE Meridian Society for a cocktail & hors d'oeuvre reception featuring special performances from Ivan Trevino and the SIUE Percussion Ensemble on Tuesday, October 25 in the Fixins Room of the SIUE Morris University Center.
Complimentary Parking is available in Lot B. To celebrate Ivan Trevino's desire to show young Latinx musicians that anything is possible, bright colors are encouraged in your attire.
Order of Events
- 5:45 p.m. - Doors Open
- 6 p.m. - Reception Begins
- 6:15 p.m. - Welcome Remarks from Daniel Smithiger (SIUE Instructor of Percussion), Dr. Ethel Shanklin (SIUE Meridian Society President) and Ivan Trevino (Composer and Songwriter)
- 7 p.m. - Special Performance
