The Singing Sandwich Project in 2025 is four-weeks of lunch-break singing sessions on Wednesdays. Whether you're working-from-home, commuting, shopping, retired, home-schooling, or looking for an uplifting mood boost, you are welcome to join us for time-efficient, all-ages, group-singing this Spring.The Singing Sandwich Project will offer a time-efficient opportunity within the work-day, and create a welcoming and safe space for you to enjoy. This year we're meeting in the foyer of Ringwood Uniting Church, just across the railway line from Eastland, in Station Street. Choose from TWO session times: 12.10 - 12.40pm and 12.45 - 1.15pm, or come to both if time allows. Each session will focus on one well-known, feel-good song, and we'll sing it till we're proud. You're welcome to record our final rendition on your device to take away and relive again.

There are THREE ways to get involved.
Open Sandwich - $8 per 30 min session
Club Sandwich - $14 for both sessions on a single day
Sandwich-With-The-Lot - All 8 sessions for $52 (value $64).
Children aged 15 and under are welcome and admitted free-of-charge, but must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult at all times. Online bookings are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome (cash/card).
Those who book online at least 48 hours before the session will receive song lyrics by email for viewing on a device, or printing for yourself if preferred. Walk-ins will have access to a QR for reading off their device.
The Singing Sandwich Project is presented by Just Sing Something, with the support of Music and the Brain Foundation in 2025. MBF is a registered charity. Visit www.mbf.org.au to be inspired about the projects they support.
