The Simply M Master Class - Brazilian Rhythms & Dance Wellness
About this Event
Simply M Master Class: Brazilian Rhythms & Dance Wellness 🇧🇷✨
Join us for our next Simply M Master Class: Brazilian Rhythms & Dance Wellness, a joyful morning of music, movement, and self-expression led by Brazilian dance artist, instructor, and choreographer Shyrlei Alves.
About the Experience
In this special Master Class, Shyrlei will guide us through an uplifting mix of Brazilian rhythms and movements, including the vibrant energy of Samba.
This experience is about so much more than learning dance steps. It’s an invitation to feel the music, connect with your body, let go of self-consciousness, and discover the confidence and freedom that can come from simply moving.
Through rhythm, coordination, mobility, and body awareness, you’ll experience movement in a way that feels fun, energizing, and uniquely Brazilian. 🇧🇷💛
No dance experience is needed. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and get ready to have fun!
Meet Your Instructor: Shyrlei Alves
Originally from Brazil, Shyrlei Alves is a Brazilian dance artist, instructor, and choreographer with more than 15 years of international experience. After working professionally in the Czech Republic for many years, she brought her passion for Brazilian dance and movement to Miami.
Her classes celebrate the joy, energy, and richness of Brazilian culture while creating a welcoming environment for women of all ages and dance backgrounds.
For Shyrlei, dance isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling alive, confident, and free to express yourself with joy.
