Welcome to our open-level workshop, where we’ll explore the exciting world of hand-to-hand (H2H) acrobatics and drills! Whether you're a beginner or refining your skills, this workshop will help you improve your H2H techniques, starting on the floor and progressing to standing positions. We’ll focus on wrist exercises and safety measures to protect these vital joints during practice.
Day 1: Exploring the World of Hand-to-Hand
* Morning Session: Work on handstands, L-base H2H entries, and progressions on the floor.
* Afternoon Session: Focus on standing H2H techniques, tempos, and dynamic entries.
Day 2: Dynamic Flow of Icarian and Slack-Acro
* On the second day, we'll introduce the dynamic flows of Icarian and Slack-Acro. This practice blends strength, flexibility, and creativity.
* Slack-Acro is a new way of practicing L-base flow, using the principles of slackline where the flyer focuses all the attention on switching weight, and makes different transactions between foot to foot, foot to shin, foot to forearm and foot to hand. For the base the focus is to provide a solid structure where the flyer can step in, without loosing balance.
Prerequisites:
* Solid star (no spotter needed)
* Solid low foot-to-hand
* Some experience with acro flows

Meet the Teachers:
Hi, I'm Luca Lo Voi aka MonkeyAcroCat, I'm from Sicily.
My adiction/passion for acroyoga started 12years ago with Luigi Mercurio and Fra Flow in Palermo. I did my first Teacher Training with Acro Fusion in Sicily on 2019, and after that, I've been teaching in BangkokAcroConvention, where I taught my first international workshop. Still, in Thailand, I did my first intensive training with PartnerAcrobatics and I just felt in love. In the same year I did the partner-acrobatics teacher training in Spain on 2020. In the last few years I was traveling around Europe teaching Acroyoga in many festival and retreat.
I'm a hybrid acrobat, I love both but I'm more specialized as a flyer, especially in Standing Acro: H2H F2H inlocate H2H... Of course, I'm a handstand addict!! The only thing important I wanna say is: that Acroyoga has changed my life and the only goal I have now is: to share my knowledge, my passion, and my smile around the world !!
Roberto:
Roberto Onorato is graduated in sport science, besides he is technical director in “Sicily Taekwondo Accademy”, hatha-vinyasa-therapeutic yoga teacher. On 2020 he did the Partneracrobatics TT and start to teaching around the Europe in many festivals and retreat.
He has been practicing martial arts since the age of 6 and It's through this experience that he felt in love with movement practices. Since then up to his 20s, he kept practicing and studying different way to express movement: yoga, acroyoga, contemporary dance and different kind of martial arts such as capoeira.
