Join Our Exciting 2-Hour class! What: Dive into a new flow with a mix of Slack-Acro hand-to-hand Ikarian technique.
What is Slack-Acro: It's a new way of practicing L-base flow, using the principles of slackline where the flyer focuses all the attention on switching weight, and makes different transactions between foot to foot, foot to shin, foot to forearm and foot to hand. For the base the focus is to provide a solid structure where the flyer can step in, without loosing balance.
Who: Open to all levels, no matter whether you're a beginner or experienced, everyone will have fun!
Where: The School on Duevej 63, 2000 Frederiksberg
