Short Term Rentalz will host the seventh annual ‘Shortyz’ Short Term Rental Awards, at The Westin London City Hotel and Residences, London on 21 April 2026. The Shortyz aim to recognise excellence among industry peers, highlight innovation and industry best practice, reward achievement and celebrate start-up technology, as the sector evolves. This year, the awards take things up a notch with an elegant sit-down dinner, a lively drinks reception, and top-tier entertainment. The dress code? Since the launch of Airbnb in 2008, more than five million property owners have become hosts. Vrbo estimates that the overall local host market is growing up to four times faster than the global economy and that 82 per cent of users plan to stay in local host rentals again.

The shortlist will first be decided by an expert panel of judges from across the short-term rental industry, before the eventual winners are decided by a public vote of ShortTermRentalz readers.
