Get ready for a double dose of guitar violence! We’ve got a night in store where the experience of the zeroes collides with the hunger of a new generation.
The Shimmer Pit. Call it alt, art, or indie: The Shimmer Pit rocks hard. This trio from Utrecht digs deep into the soul to unearth shimmering rock gems. They sound like the heirs of The Beatles and Muse, with a touch of Portishead. Expect dynamic songs with catchy twists and turns. As they say themselves: "We embrace the darkness within ourselves to share the light with you." It’s raw, it’s dark, but damn is it danceable!
Support by: Jack Baker! We’re starting the night with local talent! Jack Baker is the new classic rock band from Veldhoven and Eindhoven. Four young musicians who found each other during a jam session are now storming the stage. The name is a nod to legends Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker, and you can hear it. With Ellen Peeters as a powerhouse frontwoman, they bring the soul of Led Zeppelin and Cream back to life, but with their own fresh twist.
