This 3 hour event will bring a small group of like-minded and like-hearted individuals together in the beautiful relaxing atmosphere of Zen Within Wellness Centre in Bunbury, WA. We'll spend a short time preparing for the journey through connecting, instruction, intention setting and stretching. You'll then each take your own journey of breath and healing while knowing and feeling you're not alone. You are amongst friendly community and have loving support and guidance as you embark on a deep process of change and transformation. Your facilitator will nurture and shepherd your process with bodywork, energy healing and light language. After we breathe, we take time to integrate through (optional) sharing, journalling and art. We ground and connect in community with a light meal of (vegetarian) soup & sourdough.
