The Seven Seas: a nautical Night Carnival

This summer, buckle your swashes and leave your land legs behind, because The Steep and Thorny Way to Heaven is setting sail with The Seven Seas: a nautical Night Carnival! Featuring performances from the shimmering shallows to the briney deep, this one of a kind variety show and costume party celebrates everything oceanic.

Whether you’ve grown gills to thrive in the crushing depths, or you skip along the waves in a schooner, we’ve got something for every ponaturi, privateer, and pirate this Fourth of July weekend. So dig out your selkie skin and shine up your scales to enjoy performances from some of Portland’s best underground performance artists, curated on-theme virgin and adult beverages by Steep and Thorny’s expert mixologists, and a cocktail-party atmosphere for mingling with the mermaids well into the wee hours!

Come dressed for the high seas as your favorite siren, seafarer, or swordfish and get $1 off of your first beverage!
