The Seven Dynamic Ways of Prayer is a four-week experiential exploration crafted to deepen your spiritual journey and designed to illuminate the intimate and powerful nature of prayer in both individual and collective realms. This unique program accesses the rich variety of our senses and introduces participants to seven prayer modalities: spoken and written expressions, engaging the body through movement, utilizing sound, expressing through art, tapping into visual imagery, and embracing the profound impact of meditative silence.
Through this class, we recognize that prayer transcends mere rote ritual. Your deeply personal connection with the Divine has the potential to gain depth when shared within a supportive community, a harmonious symphony of souls. In an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance, this inclusive class warmly welcomes participants with different spiritual backgrounds, regardless of path or beliefs.
