Awakening Yoga draws on Hatha Vinyasa and empowers students to make the practice work for them. It is a modern yoga practice that takes a more practical and functional approach to traditional yoga systems, encouraging students to replace mindless
repetition with conscious ritual. This pop-up will begin with a breakdown of the vinyasa and asanas specific to AY, Q&As and then we’ll tie it all together with a 60-min practice.
