This experience was born from a shared moment between Olivia and Josephine. A moment of deep presence where one woman felt safe enough to stop performing, to name what she truly needed, and to let her body lead, while the other simply held space.

That moment revealed something both guides see again and again in their work.

Olivia Dydyna
Olivia is an inticimacy guide who supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and authentic sensual expression. Trained in Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching through Layla Martin, as well as Theta Healing and somatic practices, her work bridges nervous system safety, emotional truth, and embodied self-intimacy. Olivia creates spaces where women can soften out of overthinking, trust their inner knowing, and express themselves without pressure or performance.

Josephine Lauer
Josephine is a Somatic Intimacy Coach, Embodiment Guide, and Tantric Teacher who specializes in helping women feel safe in their bodies and honest in their expression. Also trained through Layla Martin’s Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching certification, she blends somatics, trauma-informed awareness, breath, movement, and emotional expression to guide women into deeper connection with themselves and others. Josephine is the founder of CUR8Chicago and Temple of Loha and is known for creating grounded, emotionally intelligent spaces where women feel seen, supported, and free to feel.
