The Self-Love Song is a sweet serenade from your inner child to your highest self. This self-care workshop focuses on breaking generational cycles and initiating the healing process to becoming your highest, most authentic self by way of guided meditation, healing affirmations, mantras and release, journaling, and healing yoga renew.
