Welcome to The Self Image Circle!
Each month we will cover a different theme/element of self from body image, identity, beliefs and behaviours, career and relationships! This months theme is all around redefining success, connecting to your passions and purpose however that looks in your life!
The evening will look like this:
- Welcome circle and introduction
- Guided meditation & self enquiry journaling practice
- Interactive creative exercise based on the theme ( self portraits/mirror work/art)
- A chance to be coached by me in an intimate and safe setting
- A space to form deep friendships, connections and foster more community on your doorstep!
- A sharing platter/teas AND optional end of circle sunset dip!
