About this Event
- Do you struggle to get to sleep at night?
- Or do you get to sleep okay, but wake up during the night and can’t get back to sleep?
- Or maybe you wake up too early as your brain is working overtime?
If this resonates with you, then the great news is that there is an answer!
On this 1-day course, you will be guided step by step to understand the importance of sleep, what is causing you to have a poor night's sleep, and more importantly, to give you powerful strategies so that you can sleep well, easily and effortlessly.
You will discover:
- The importance of sleep from a physical and mental health perspective, as well as the impact on performance, creativity, and much more.
- The gift of sleep and how to have a choice whether to sleep or not.
- How to make an informed decision around sleeping rather than feeling that sleep is outside your control.
- What is holding you back from sleeping well and making changes in terms of what you believe about your ability to sleep.
- How to use the SLEEP framework to make changes to sleep habits as well as having the resources to be able to sleep well.
- Strategies and practical tips that will enable you to get the recommended number of hours of sleep.
- How to get back into the driving seat of your overactive brain... rather than your busy brain controlling you!
- A take-away tool using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) that you can use to get back to sleep easily and effortlessly – after all, sometimes you may wake up in the night due to external factors such as noises, outside disturbances or a call of nature!
