Join The Scout Guide Naples, The Naples Players, and The Rose House for a Scouted dinner party experience!
The Scout Guide Supper Club is a series of curated pop-up dinners featuring Scouted chefs, unique locations, and unforgettable experiences.
The evening begins with welcome cocktails and a VIP backstage tour of The Naples Players, followed by an intimate conversation with the director and cast of 9 to 5: The Musical. Guests will then enjoy elevated Southern cuisine during a four-course wine dinner presented by Executive Chef Gavin Makava of The Rose House, before being escorted into the theatre for a live performance of the musical, featuring music and lyrics by Dolly Parton.
Thoughtfully curated and intentionally intimate, this Supper Club experience offers a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes, gather around the table, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind night of storytelling—on the plate and on the stage.

Act I
Spring Bean & Burrata Salad
Fresh spring peas, green beans, and broad beans folded with creamy burrata, tender herbs, and bright olive oil for Southern garden freshness.
Act II
Citrus-Ponzu Confit Salmon
Slow-confit salmon glazed with orange and citrus ponzu beurre blanc, paired with a vibrant soulful pickled vegetable salad.
Act III
Herb-Crusted Lamb Loin
Tender lamb loin roasted with fragrant herbs, finished with a fig and red wine reduction. Served alongside a flaky puff pastry tartlet filled with marinated carrots.

About Gavin Makava:
South Africa and Zimbabwe gifted Gavin with a soul for food. From an early age, it was easy to find him in the kitchen. Studying at The Cape Town Hotel School, he refined his talents at the Leriba Hotel and Spa, The Morrish Eatery, and later, joined the ranks of The Ritz-Carlton Naples.
As a master of cuisine ranging from a plethora of cultures, Gavin continues learning international standards and new skills as he welcomes guests to put him to the test.
