• Course Description:

Are you concerned that you don’t have time for mindfulness? Make mindfulness a daily practice in your life by taking this course. You will experience many different types of guided mindfulness practices, including variations of practices you may have learned in our other courses, and choose practices that benefit you most.

This class will be taught using remote instruction Live Online. Class website https://www.palmbeachstate.edu/canvas/. This class is a real-time virtual course. Your class will meet online during the designated times listed on your schedule. You must have access to an Internet-connected computer with a camera.
