About Dr. Crowe:
In college, Dr. Crowe was awarded academic scholarships and was elected to the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. Her medical school training was at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1996. She then completed her residency training in OB/Gyn in 2000 at the University of Texas-Houston which is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Hospital and MD Anderson.
During medical school, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society (AOA), a lifetime honor society for the top 10% of medical students nationwide. She won a student teaching award.
She is a former Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at Oak Bend Hospital. In 2008, Dr. Crowe was named “Outstanding Female Physician” at Memorial Hermann-Sugar Land Hospital, and in 2014, she was voted “Best OB/GYN in Fort Bend County” by the LIVING magazine. She is also a NAMS (North American Menopause Society) Certified Practitioner (NCMP).
She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the National American Menopause Society, and teaches hormone therapy for Biote.
Dr Crowe is trained in all minimally invasive gynecologic procedures but currently focuses on hysteroscopic procedures, endometrial ablations and precancer treatments. She also practices the full scope of office gynecology including management of abnormal pap smears, adolescent medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, menopause, hormone pellets, acne, sexual dysfunction, birth control, abnormal bleeding , sexual dysfunction, weight loss and aesthetics.
She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the National American Menopause Society and teaches hormone therapy for Biote.
Dr Crowe lives in Sugar Land with her husband, Jim. They have two children. Dr Crowe enjoys volunteering with various school, sport, and community organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for Attack for Poverty, the New Territory Tarpons and Austin High School Band. She was awarded Volunteer of the Year at Sartartia Middle School. She has done many marathons including the Boston, New York, Chicago and the Great Wall of China marathons and was a nationally ranked triathlete and Ironman. Outside of work, Dr Crowe enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, staying fit, and scuba diving. She is a certified 200 Hour Yoga teacher and is also certified in Yoga Nidra meditation and likes to use these practices in her approach to medicine.
