Let's create a safe space where we can learn, laugh and empower one another. Because of the hands-on nature of this class space is limited. Learn primary concepts that relate to all inversions and arm balances. Face your fear with laughter. Already going upside down?! Let's refine it and add some variations to keep your practice fresh and challenged.
Leave with: recorded Yoga Nidra session to aid in dispelling fear, pose drills, prep poses for each pose, workouts to make you stronger and knowledge so you can gage and advance your journey.
