After a sold-out May gathering, The Savour Series: Picnic in the Park returns to St Anne's on Saturday June 20th.

Hosted by intuitive eating coach Joanna Bourke Lawlor, this is a space to slow down, disconnect from the week, and enjoy an hour or two in nature.

A chance to savour your Saturday morning ✨

We’ll meet beside the Red Stables at St Anne’s Park and begin with a short, gentle grounding ritual to pause, breathe, and connect to ourselves.

From there we’ll wander through the Farmer’s Market stalls to pick up a coffee or a bite, before gathering under the trees for a picnic and chat.

You can expect

• A light guided grounding to welcome you and start your morning
• Time to explore the market to pick up your food or drinks, buy some flowers, unwind
• Conversation and connection over a picnic

• If you're craving a gentle start to your weekend, good food and connection
• Come solo or bring a friend. Buggies and babies welcome!

What to Bring

• Your picnic lunch (sandwich/coffee/pastry)
• A blanket, mat or something comfortable to sit on
• Rain jacket or warm layers
• Money/card to buy coffee or food at the market
• A notebook and pen, if you like to journal
