The Sauna Craft Workshop- Norwich

Join us in-person for The Sauna Craft Workshop, where you'll hand-stitch your own wool felt sauna hat, blend your own herbal teas and create your own botanical salt body scrub.

This laid-back workshop is perfect for anyone who loves getting creative and enjoys working with natural materials!

Keen sauna go-ers can enrich their sweat sessions with these thoughtful additions, perfect for enhacing your own rituals and giving your body the self-love it deserves....
Sauna not your thing? Well, why not create a spa experience at home and use the felt to make something of your choosing, such as slippers or an oven mitt? You are still very much welcome to join in whatever your intention.

You can expect:
-All components to make a hand-stitched, felt sauna hat (instruction card, needles, scissors, embroidery thread and pre-cut felt material in natural tones)
-A tea blending station, with a selection of seasonal dried herbs, fruits and flowers plus bags to take them home in
-A salt scrub station, with salt and oils you can then mix with the teas and put in your own jar
-Goodie bag* (subject to availability)
