This is a space for the "strong" friend who doesn't feel seen, for the "shy" friend who doesn't feel heard, for the woman who feels as if she has no friends and is looking for connection, for the woman who wants to start therapy but needs a little bit more support. Come sit with us as we journey together to remove the masks and stop holding our breath. In person women's therapy support group, every other Sunday beginning August 10th.
