Samosa workshop update : The second masterclass is fully booked!The first ever samosa workshop was fully booked ….Samosas are a big deal for me. Not just because I love eating them but because I owe so much of my success and achievement to them. They have saved me more than once and in true samosa spirit, I decided to host a masterclass of sorts hoping it helps someone out there with their hustle. We were fully booked with guests coming through from as far as Vanderbijl Park and even Jeanie flying to Jhb from Scottburgh, KZN. I am honoured and humbled that I got to host and kickstarted my year in the most magnificent way. From pur to filling, to folding - we got through it all.
