Presented by the Advisory Board and the Women's Auxiliary of The Salvation Army of Galveston County, this joint event honors the Moody Foundation and Valero Texas City for their many years of support. A time of tribute will include a message from the new Texas Divisional Commanders, Lt. Colonels Art & Ann Penhale.
